How It Works

When you sign up for Learning Crates, you receive a box of carefully selected educational products every month.

Step 1


First, choose your child’s grade level, from Kindergarten through 6th grade. 

Then, fill out a quick questionnaire about his or her interests and hobbies, as well as any stand-out areas where he or she may want academic improvement.

Choose from a month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan & place your order!




Step 2

After we receive this information, our team of researchers, educational administrators, and K-6 teachers will assemble academic items relative to your child’s profile. Each month, we will strive to discover new and exciting materials, including books, games, toys, and assorted activities - all of great educational value. 

Our goal is to improve the learning experience for your child by creating a box filled with stimulating and versatile materials.



Step 3

Once you place your order, your first crate will ship out with the following month's cycle, within the first 10 days of the following month.

Each month, monthly subscriptions renew on the 15th of the month for the next month's box. 

All subsequent crates are shipped out within the first 10 days of each month.

When does my box ship?

All orders are shipped within the first 10 days of the following month.

For example, if you place your order on the 12th of April, your first box will ship in the beginning of May.

Once your subscription renews on the 15th of the month, your box will ship in the beginning of the next month.

Where do you ship/how much does shipping cost per box?

There is no shipping cost for any subscription - all boxes ship free! 

Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

When do I get charged?

You will be charged for the first box once you sign up (for monthly subs). After that, the subscription will auto-renew and you will be charged on the 15th of each month, for monthly subscriptions.

Prepaid subs are charged for the entire order at the time of the order. Prepaid subs renew once the prepaid period is complete. 

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are through the Stripe platform, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, free of any additional charge. 

However, in order to give our team an ample amount of time to work on each month’s personalized box, subscriptions will auto-renew on the 15th of each month. Therefore, you must cancel prior to the 15th of the month if you would like the cancellation to be in effect the same month. 

If you decide to cancel after the 15th, we will adjust your subscription status to ensure the cancellation takes effect in the next renewal cycle.

If you purchased a pre-paid plan (3, 6, or 12 months), then the cancellation does not take effect until the specified prepaid number of prepaid boxes are shipped. After that, the subscription will not renew.
